PRAYAG AROGYAM KENRDA
The Centre’s main purpose is to spread the teaching and practice of an authentic and ancient system of yoga, thereby promoting health, well-being, a stress-free lifestyle, and a more balanced and visionary individual. Prayag Arogyam Kendra was established by Yogacharya Prashant Shukla with the motive of spreading awareness about Yoga to make people healthful and heal them through ancient ancestral yoga methods and Ashtang yoga practices.
In the journey of more than 5 years, Prayag Arogyam Kendra got a lot of achievements including Yoga training for the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy, lectures, and Yoga in AIMS, Delhi, and K.G.M.U, Lucknow. Not only these, the practitioners of Prayag Arogyam Kendra, cured many diseases including chronic diseases like Parkinson’s disease and Rheumatoid arthritis, Ulcerative Colitis. The center provides classes in more than 20 countries including Australia, The USA, Canada, Singapore, Peru, Brazil, Vietnam, Ghana, Germany.

Online Yoga Classes
We are providing online Yoga classes via zoom. An individual can join our group and personal online classes through online mode.
Offline Classes
We are available for offline Yoga practice. Clients can come to our Lucknow center. We also can give home Yoga classes as per client’s need.
Therapy Yoga
Prayag Arogyam Kendra is dedicated to cure people with practice of yoga. We have cured patients who were suffering critical disease like Parkinson’s disease and Rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis etc.
Corporate Yoga
We have great scheme for corporate yoga sessions with great deals.
kids yoga
We are conducting kids yoga classes, to boost their immunity power and make them strong.
