The organization established in the year 2003 and actively providing community services in the domain of Public Health i.e. HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, Support & Treatment, Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation of people addicted to drugs; aging and services to senior citizens, Empowering Women; and Education of Women and Children.

The organisation is designated as Regional Resource and Training Centre North Zone – II by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India under the Scheme of Prevention of Alcoholism and Substance(Drugs) Abuse for the states of Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh , Jammu and Kashmir.

The key strength of the organization is the hands-on experience of working at grass root level in the region. The organization has been implementing targeted interventions projects for high risk population groups and also providing services through community support centers for care, support and treatment for PLHIV.
