Description
VHAM runs programme which helps in reducing HIV and STD transmission among female drug users. Initially the project started in July 2010 with only 5 female drug users but today the project is providing service in the form of health care, nutrition and counselling to 114 female drug users. Initially the programme was supported by UNODC but now is fully supported by the Meghalaya AIDS Control Society.
