Dr Rashmi Gupta is a well known, experienced and skilled gynecologist and obstetrician of Kanpur city, serving for the people of Kanpur and nearby districts for more than 14 years. She is an Ex Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, GSVM Medical College Kanpur.

She received her MBBS degree from M.L.B. Medical College Jhansi(2009) with gold medal in Surgery and Anatomy along with honors in multiple subjects of MBBS. Throughout her MBBS she was a versatile student excelling in various quiz competition and participated in many public health camps, sports activities and cultural event.

She earned her Master of Surgery(MS) from prestigious GSVM Medical College Kanpur(2012) with flying colours. Here she also excelled in academics and got her clinical accumen in patient care with a deep sense of empathy with them and honed surgical skills with perfection. She participated in various national/ state level conferences, presented research papers and attended many workshops.

Post PG she joined GSVM Medical College as Senior Resident(2012-2015) then as Assistant Professor in RAMA Medical College Kanpur(2016-2017) and Associate Professor GSVM Medical College Kanpur(2017-2022). She served here as a teacher to under graduate and postgraduate students, as a researcher and a clinician.

Dr Rashmi Gupta has a profound interest in social service also. She has organised many health awareness camps for women with the collaboration of schools/ college/charitable societies. She conducted menstrual hygiene camp/ breast cancer awareness camp/cervical cancer screening camp/ Anemia awareness camp with great participation and enthusiasm of general population of women in our society.

Having a intense interest in academics she is constantly harnessing herself with latest advancements and technologies in field of obstetrics and gynecology, doing research work , published more then 20 research papers in various national and international journal across the world.
