She is one of the senior most and reputed obstetrician, gynecologist and IVF specialist of central India. Her experience spans a period of four decades. With a great vision and determination she started NTTBC in December 2000 to offer the service of ART to the people of central India. since then the centre has progressed rapidly in the field of ART.

Dr. Managla Ketkar has received her IVF training at Bournhall Clinic the Pioneer in field of IVF, Subsequently she also underwent IVF training at fertility Centre West Wood, New Jersey under Dr. Daniel Navot U.S.A., Dr. Indira Hinduja the Indian pioneer in IVF at Mumbai with this expertise she has managed thousands of maternity care patients at Ketkar Hospital successfully and also runs the IVF programme successfully at Nagpur Test Tube Baby Centre giving the joy of motherhood through to hundreds of infertile couple from central India, India and Abroad. Dr. Ketkar submitted research paper of study of 100 cases in fertility at Bourn Hall. She is the co-author of research paper published Cytogenetics of Early pregnancy wastage pregnancy risk. Every year under her leadership and guidance CME and workshops are arranged by NTTBC and Ketkar hospital for delegates of central India.
